The Authority Site System by Authority Hacker
The Authority Site System isn’t just the best affiliate marketing training I’ve seen – it’s one of the best online courses I’ve seen on ANY topic.
It checks all the boxes:
- Plenty of recent student success stories.
- They explain WHY they advise each action, then show you HOW to actually do it, step-by-step.
- Regularly updated.
- No over-the-top salesy crap.
- Totally white hat.
- An active and helpful private community.
- Combined text AND video lessons, making it easy to learn and refer back.
- Loads of useful templates included in the course.
- A 30-day money-back guarantee (no strings attached).
- A one-time entry fee (no recurring payment).
- Created by well-respected affiliate marketing experts who are constantly building their own successful sites (ie. they practice what they preach).
That’s not to say that the Authority Hacker course is perfect – you’ll find a list of criticisms and nitpicks in our full review – but it’s about as good as an online course can be.
Their training was the main reason I quickly began earning $1k/month as an affiliate marketer … and I’ve yet to find another course that packs the same punch.

Project 24 by Income School
As you can tell from the criticisms in my full review, there are elements of the Project 24 approach to building niche sites that I find questionable, such as their extreme stance on keyword tools and link building.
But I still ended up giving the course a 4-star rating.
For two main reasons:
- The creators of Income school have a track record of building successful niche sites, so clearly their approach works well for them.
- The same approach seems to work well for many of their students.
Given that, I’m happy to recommend Project 24, and think it may actually work better than the Authority Hacker course for some people.

The Affiliate Lab by Matt Diggity
The Affiliate Lab – Key Points
I haven’t reviewed The Affiliate Lab fully yet but I expect it’s an excellent course.
Matt is a well-respected SEO and successful affiliate marketer in his own right, and his students look to be getting solid results. Two students even told me they prefer this course to Authority Hacker’s TASS.
Five Figure Niche Site by Doug Cunnington
Five Figure Niche Site – Key Points
Doug puts out quality free content, he’s built some high-performing affiliate sites himself, and his students seem to be doing well. I expect this to be a solid course, but I haven’t reviewed it fully yet.
Note that Five Figure Niche Site only accepts new students a few times per year.
Affiliate Marketing Video Course by Matt Giovanisci
Affiliate Marketing Video Course – Key Points
Matt has built and still runs some very nice affiliate sites, and I enjoy his free content. (He’s also funny AF.)
His course looks short and sweet and is priced accordingly. But I’ve yet to see/hear of any results from students.
Commission Hero by Robby Blanchard
Commission Hero teaches you how to promote affiliate products using Facebook ads.
(The courses listed previously mainly teach you how to get free search engine traffic from Google.)
The advantage of using paid ads – as opposed to free traffic – is that you can start generating revenue right away instead of waiting weeks or months to get ranked high on Google.
But the downside of paid ads is the cost.
Commission Hero claims you can make $1000 per day following their training, but at a typical 40% profit margin you’d need to be spending $600 per day on ads to make that much.
Given that, I don’t recommend anyone interested in affiliate marketing go the paid ads route if they’re on a tight budget.
But if you like the sound of paid ads and you have the money to spend on them, the Commission Hero training is worth a look.

Digital Worth Academy
Digital Worth Academy – Key Points
Another course I’ve yet to review fully. But based on the sales page and a quick scan of their site, it looks legit. The student success stories are impressive and they’ve got a 30-day money-back guarantee. No obvious red flags that I can see.
123 Affiliate Marketing by Pat Flynn
123 Affiliate Marketing – Key Points
I’m skeptical of this one.
No doubt Pat has earned millions as an affiliate himself, but I believe he’s done so primarily from a single site which he started way back in 2010. The testimonials on his sales page mostly offer generic praise for the course, no reports of significant results achieved by students.
Plus, I’ve heard from multiple sources that he doesn’t teach anything about search engine optimization in the course, which strikes me as odd.
Update: Pat responded to the above criticisms on Twitter…
Savage Affiliates by Franklin Hatchett
Udemy Affiliate Marketing Courses
Udemy is an online course platform that regularly offers courses for as little as $10.
There are dozens of courses related to affiliate marketing on there. But having spent 5+ hours of researching those courses, I can’t in good faith recommend ANY of them.
I explain why here.
But if you’re still keen, these are the 5 top-rated affiliate marketing programs on Udemy:
Disclaimer: the prices shown on this page are auto-updated from Udemy’s database every 24 hours. Prices may change at any time. Be sure to double-check the price on the Udemy website or app before signing up for a course.

Skillshare Affiliate Marketing Courses
Skillshare doesn’t seem to offer any decent affiliate marketing training either. The several courses I researched on there all had serious issues.
I really wanted to find a good affiliate course on Skillshare because you can get two months free access with this link.
But it wasn’t to be…
The courses on Skillshare suffer from the same issues as those on Udemy (explained here):
- Meaningless ratings
- Outdated training
- No proof that the instructors are successful affiliate marketers themselves
By all means, sign up for the two free months of Skillshare and go through a few courses, but I believe you’d be better off going through the free affiliate marketing resources listed here.

The Cashflow System by Tai Lopez
The Cashflow System – Key Points
I’ve bought and reviewed two other Tai Lopez courses.
I’ve learned to believe only 33% of what comes out of the man’s mouth, and I’m not at all convinced that his Cashflow System produces successful students.
