First month with Pepper. Banking error causes a Direct Debit Dishonour. I call back the next day to rectify this and make the payment straight away to my account. Payment acknowledged and have emails stating this. 14 days later, the automated system takes a loan payment out of my bank without my permission, causing me to dishonour with 4 other creditors due to Pepper’s sheer incompetence. Where’s the direct number to the Australian call centre? Not happy. Hoping this review will prompt Pepper to actually do their jobs properly
